Anand is a corporate lawyer with over 18 years’ experience. Anand specialises in advising on mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings for both publicly listed and privately held entities. He also advises on funds management and general securities law matters including ASX listing rules compliance.
Anand has worked for a number of pre-eminent law firms including Herbert Smith Freehills, King & Wood Mallesons and Allen & Overy, as well as global investment bank Credit Suisse AG. He is currently the company secretary of three ASX-listed entities, a number of unlisted companies and a charitable foundation. Anand is the author of “Listed Companies: ASX Listing Rules” in Australian Corporation Practice, published by LexisNexis Butterworths.
Bob is a corporate lawyer specialising in funds management and mergers & acquisitions for both publicly listed and privately held entities. He has had over 14 years’ experience, including 8 years with Gilbert + Tobin and 3 years as general counsel of an ASX-listed fintech company and an ASX-listed financial services company.
Bob also advises on equity capital markets and general securities and corporate law matters, including ASX listing rules compliance. He also has extensive experience in funds, technology and private equity/venture capital, and speaks fluent Mandarin.
Belinda practiced as an employment lawyer with Service Industry Advisory Group and Harmers Workplace Lawyers before joining Wolters Kluwer CCH as a writer and editor. In her ten years at CCH she wrote and edited their premier employment law resource, the Labour Law Reporter.
Belinda also wrote and edited the Workplace Relations Master Guide, the Fair Work Act Partner and Industrial Law News.
Jenny brings over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources and Accounting. She has been involved with several start-up firms, implementing practice management systems, HR policies and accounting procedures.
Johnson graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours). Before joining Sundaraj & Ker, Johnson interned at Toyota Finance Australia with their legal team and held research assistant roles at 7 Wentworth Selborne and the UTS Faculty of Law.

Jackson graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce. Before joining Sundaraj & Ker, Jackson was a research assistant at a financial services adviser that specialises in AFS licensing and AML/CTF compliance.
