Belinda practiced as an employment lawyer with employer peak bodies and Harmers Workplace Lawyers before joining Wolters Kluwer CCH as a writer and editor. In her ten years at CCH she wrote and edited their premier employment law resource, the Labour Law Reporter.
Belinda also wrote and edited the Workplace Relations Master Guide, the Fair Work Act Partner and Industrial Law News.
Belinda specialises in workplace relations strategy and management, ensuring our clients follow best practice in keeping employees engaged and productive at work. This includes assistance with contract drafting and management, policies and procedures and discipline and termination issues.
Bob is a corporate lawyer specialising in funds management and mergers & acquisitions for both publicly listed and privately held entities. He has had over 14 years’ experience, including 8 years with Gilbert + Tobin and 3 years as general counsel of an ASX-listed fintech company and an ASX-listed financial services company.
Bob also advises on equity capital markets and general securities and corporate law matters, including ASX listing rules compliance. He also has extensive experience in funds, technology and private equity/venture capital, and speaks fluent Mandarin.
Anand is a corporate lawyer with over 18 years’ experience. Anand specialises in advising on mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings for both publicly listed and privately held entities. He also advises on funds management and general securities law matters including ASX listing rules compliance.
Anand has worked for a number of pre-eminent law firms including Herbert Smith Freehills, King & Wood Mallesons and Allen & Overy, as well as global investment bank Credit Suisse AG. He is currently the company secretary of three ASX-listed entities, a number of unlisted companies and a charitable foundation. Anand is the author of “Listed Companies: ASX Listing Rules” in Australian Corporation Practice, published by LexisNexis Butterworths.
Sean is a corporate lawyer specializing in public and private mergers & acquisition, cross-border transactions, capital raisings and funds management. Sean has over seven year’s experience including five years at Gilbert + Tobin and two years at Clifford Chance in their London office. Sean has advised a wide range of clients across a number of industries including ASX listed companies, international and Australian private equity houses, large private companies and high net worth individuals and family offices.
Will graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Finance). Before joining Sundaraj & Ker in 2020, Will was a paralegal at Gilbert + Tobin and, most recently, was an investment analyst at Scape (Australia’s largest student accommodation provider).
Ynan graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce. Before joining Sundaraj & Ker in 2020, Ynan was a law clerk at King & Wood Mallesons and interned at the Sydney Stock Exchange as a research assistant in the compliance department.
